What is this hanging rack made of?
Our hangers are made of bamboo, a naturally and aesthetically pleasing high-strength and highly durable material, which is in line with our “close to nature” branding philosophy.
Why is there only one screw in your hook kit?
This is one of our unique designs, the caliber of the holes underneath the bamboo plate is just enough to accommodate the cylindrical threads of the hooks, so the hooks won’t slide when the screws in the holes above are tightened.
