Easy to cook, you can pair it with anything from potatoes or rice to green beans and other veggies, and you can feel good about serving it since it has no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
Directions
Salmon needs to be fully cooked. Do not microwave.
Skillet
1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet over MEDIUM heat.
2. Pat fillet dry with paper towel. Season as desired. Place skin-side down in skillet.
3. Cook 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until fish flakes easily with fork.
Oven
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Brush fillet with olive oil, season as desired and place, skin-side down, on baking pan.
3. Bake 20 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
Air Fryer
1. Preheat air fryer to 400F according to manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Spray or brush basket with olive oil, season fillet as desired and place, skin-side down, in basket.
3. Air-fry 12 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145°F as measured by a food thermometer. Appliances and fillet thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
