Description
- Lavender Spikes in Late Summer Atop Grass-Like Green Leaves
- Easy to Grow in Most Soils in a Sunny or Partly Shaded Site
- Deer and Rabbit Tolerant
Looking like a grass but really part of the Lily family, this clumping, evergreen perennial has tufts of grass like, green leaves from which small spikes of purplish blue flowers shoot up in late summer, resembling miniature grape hyacinths. Black berries follow the flowers. Extremely hardy plant for use as an edging, as a groundcover, as an accent, or in a container.
