Directions
Mozzarella sticks need to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
Oven
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Place mozzarella sticks in a single layer on baking sheet.
3. Bake on middle oven rack until hot throughout and golden brown.
10 mozzarella sticks — 10 minutes
Entire package — 15 minutes
4. Let stand 2 minutes: cheese will be hot.
Air Fryer
1. Preheat air fryer to 360°F according to manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Arrange 6 mozzarella sticks in a single layer in basket.
3. Air-fry for 6 to 7 minutes or until hot.
4. Let stand 2 minutes: cheese will be hot.
Deep Fry
Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil.
1. Heat oil to 350F.
2. Fry frozen mozzarella sticks until hot throughout and deep golden brown.
10 mozzarella sticks — 2 minutes 45 seconds
Entire package — 4 minutes
3. Remove from hot oil and drain on paper towel-lined plate. Let stand 2 minutes: cheese will be hot.
For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances may vary; adjust accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
