It comes with six 12″x12″ cast-iron burners powered by natural gas, and each of the six burners offers 30,000 BTUs (210,000 BTUs total for the entire range). The burners are each adjustable up to 550°F, and they come with independent, easy-to-use manual controls. These controls allow operators full control over each burner, so they can operate each burner at different temperatures depending on the whether they need to boil, sear, simmer, or fry.
